Its really surprising, the most awaited government plan in Agriculture sector; Agriculture Development Strategy-ADS is ready, but not circulated among the public. But why? its a matter of confusion and we expect the responsible authority would realize its importance and release it soon. However, what does a journalist of Kathmandu Post  sees ADS  is important and share worthy.
